First, let's start with the fact that contouring turned out to be quite a big package. This made me very happy. Secondly, I liked that it's not heavily pigmented, since I just started wearing makeup, it allows me to make mistakes and it can be fixed. I also liked the quality of the packaging, although fingerprints remain on the top lid, the lid remains clean inside, it does not need to be wiped every time. I am very satisfied. I also liked that there is a choice of colors. And yet the contour does not hang over the tone in any way.

I love how it creates a natural-looking shadow on my nose; some contour products can make your shading look dusty. The palette is relatively larger than others, making it ideal for your entire face as well as your brows. I do enjoy this product.

The contour palletes that I’ve tried in the past would often look muddy on my skin, but this struck a nice balance between being warm and cool. The highlighter included is also a convenient addition.

Antonella Mussutobeautiful color selection for fair skinNovember 19, 2025I bought the Romand Better Than Contour palettes after seeing so many positive reviews, and overall, I’m really satisfied with it. The biggest strength of this palette is the shade selection: the cooler, grey-toned powders create very natural-looking shadows, especially for nose contouring. I’ve always struggled with bronzers that turn orange on my skin, so having multiple neutral-to-cool options in one palette feels incredibly useful.
The powder itself is finely milled and blends smoothly, even when I’m not being particularly careful. It’s lightweight, doesn’t cling to dry patches, and layers well so I can keep it soft for everyday makeup or build it up for more definition. The wear time is solid, too — it lasts through most of my day without fading patchily.
There is noticeable powder kick-up, so tapping off the brush is a must to avoid making a mess. The packaging is a bit bulkier than I expected, and because of the fallout, I don’t find it ideal for carrying around. Still, the pans are generously sized, and the palette feels like it’ll last a long time. -
