AndreaGreat, with mild white castMay 8, 2025Unlike the other SCINIC sunscreen I use, this one does leave a mild white cast, which lessens if I do a better job of rubbing it in. Seems to be more sweat-proof, so I wear it if I'm going to be exercising outside. I'm sensitive to scents, and this one doesn't seem to have a scent and doesn't bother me at all. Recommend!

And she said: although this still has some drying properties on her skin! Which is a common thing with zinc oxide based sunscreens! But it still one of the least drying ever as she's a physical sunscreens user!
It's brightening, and super strongly protective. -

Lauranew favorite sunscreenDecember 11, 2023I have dry, acne-prone, clog-prone skin. To prevent breakouts I have to avoid a lot of the moisturizing products that my dry skin would greatly benefit from. This sunscreen along with the Cosrx propolis line and centella ampoule are the few acne safe and skin nourishing products helping to keep my skin happy and glowing. I have somewhat fair skin and this sunscreen leaves a very slight white cast that is easily covered up by makeup. It spreads nicely and feels protective of the skin without feeling heavy. I just reordered!

Then the next thing I know, this has become one of my HG daily products. Absorbs into the skin pretty fast, no visible whitecast, and did I mention nice scent? I’m on my 2nd tube now, and I have 3rd tube ready as back up.

InaDoes its job wellDecember 11, 2016I have acne prone skin and this didn't break me out, so that`s a good one. Also it's not as lightweight as its milder sun essence version, and a bit heavier, more creamy and less fluid, but I like the heavier creamy texture more anyway, depends on what you prefer.

AllieInitial white cast on fair skin, less loved by meMay 30, 2024I use Scinic for my day to day, but wanted to try their sweat proof version. This goes on white right away, smells waterproof and isn’t elegant looking; but it melts into a natural finish on my dry skin. Albeit slightly white and bright. Worn over cetaphil it caused pilling, mismatched water and oil based formulas I suppose. Wouldn’t reorder as it’s Meh and kinda feels like an American sunscreen.
