JasmineLight CleanAugust 30, 2026I like the concept of the Shiseido shower sheets. They feel cold and refreshing on the skin and can help with sweatiness and odor. They are great after the gym or for quick touch-ups. With that in mind, I do not feel like one sheet is effective enough for wiping down the whole body; the sheet dries up pretty fast depending on how thoroughly you wipe yourself down. For that reason, a pack does not last long and is not cost-effective.
