Dont really see difference between these these two but I love it anyway. the oil makes hair smooth and better looking, and I have long bleached blond hair and unfortunately split ends. My routine is 3x a week- once on wet hair after shower and 2x between hair wash. It protect the hair from the heat very nicely and its antifrizz. I do recommend. its not heavy on the hair, and the smell is nice! love it.
