Although Shiseido doesn't expressly state the percentage of tranexamic acid, it is listed as the first ingredient. Because ingredients are listed by the most to the least, you know that this emulsion has a lot of tranexamic acid. It is a beautiful consistency, a true emulsion. It's a large bottle, so for the price I think it's a good deal. I have already repurchased as a tool in my hyperpigmentation arsenal. Highly recommend.
