Recomendaría definitivamente comprar este colágeno en polvo en lugar de los viables bebibles por la cantidad y el precio. Además, algo positivo es que no tiene sabor y puedes añadirlo al café, a las infusiones, a los smoothies... Yo me lo tomo todas las mañanas en el café y no se nota.
