How to Use:
- Daily use:
After cleansing, use a cotton pad to wipe toner on face, then pat gently for better absorption. - Dead skin cell care:
Take an appropriate amount of toner with a cotton pad and apply on areas with dead skin cell problems. Leave it on for 1-3 minutes and wipe off gently.

Because honestly, out of all of the toners I bought, this works best for me. And I have dry, sensitive skin. People say that this is for oily skin, and it's not for sensitive skin, but it works for me really well. Whenever I stop using this, I break out on my forehead and on my cheeks. i think it depends on the person though
