This cream is my favorite. It's on the heavier side but didn't feel greasy to me. I use it with tretinoin in the sandwich method and had no problems. It didn't just save my skin while using tretinoin; it also saved my skin when I had a ruined skin barrier. It's expensive but very much worth it -
