It is cold when wet and does take about 20-30 mins to dry depending on the thickness you applied. It does come with a little scoop but it isn't really made for spreading. English instructions are on the bottom and on the box.

al principio cuando tenía mucho acné la usaba de dos o tres veces por semana y no me afectó porque si tenía mucho acné ahora que está más controlado la uso una vez a la semana, por cierto el producto dura mucho, es muy rendidor.
En cuanto a la consistencia pues tiene residuos de ingredientes como granitos de algo molido, pero te lo colocas en la piel y luego luego empiezas a ver y sentir que te quita la grasa, para mí su olor es agradable y viene con un aplicador, yo lo uso pero ya cuando tengo que hacer que se adhiera bien a la piel uso los dedos, para que entre bien en los poros y los limpie, ya que tengo la piel muy porosa pero con el tiempo ha ido disminuyendo gracias a la línea de Matcha. -
