It is good for nasal stuffiness like when you're sick, allergy season, or as a good scent wake me up. The blend I believe is menthol plus peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender. There's a bottom portion where the blue is that twist off. I never knew this existed for years LOL. It has the smells like an essential oil that you can dab on. Say like on a mask or on your skin.
