I recommend the area under the eyes, except for the treatment of a "normal" matted eyelash or the community of a light eyelash. I do not notice improvements in the pigmentation of the eyes. I say it is a valid product for those who prefer a small, sticky note, but in general I say it is not the most of other products. -
