I decided to go for this one due to the good reviews, and I was very happy with that decision! This is a fine powder that I dissolve in water, it can leave sediment on the sides of the glass, but it tastes really nice, like a very gentle lemon flavour, and doesn't leave gritty bits at the bottom of the glass. I haven't tried it in hot drinks yet, but I drink plenty of cold drinks during the day, so I'll stick with that.

Через 2–3 недели заметила, что кожа стала более упругой и увлажнённой, а ногти и волосы — крепче. Ушёл тусклый оттенок лица, появился лёгкий «внутренний» блеск.Нет рыбного вкуса
