I think this really did help my severe hair loss since it has decreased dramatically! I would advise to use this in combination with deep oiling with black seed oil , pyrithione zinc shampoo 1x a week, and increasing protein. I also cut my hair since it got too long and part of my hair loss was due to the constant mechanical stress. This product definitely improved my hair so I would recommend this product if it's in your budget :)
However make sure to always test for nutritional deficiencies since topical products can't solve internal issues! -
