This balm has rice, rice water, fermented rice wate, saké and saké lees to make this beautiful and high performance.

HeidiWorks!June 9, 2024Works well and has a floral scent. Nice texture - kind of like a cold cream texture. It’s probably not going to work well if you wear heavy make up.
