How can I get Free Products?
To claim Free Products, you must reach the required minimum order amount (MOA) for each Free Product promotion in a single order. For each Free Product you claim, you are required to pay a handling fee of US$ 2.50 and also a shipping fee based on the wholesale unit weight of the product.

Customers can claim multiple Free Products from any of ABW’s Free Product promotions provided that the total purchase amount meets or exceeds the sum of the required MOAs. For example, if two different Free Product promotions each have a required MOA of US$ 500, then the customer must reach a MOA of US$ 1000 in a single order to claim Free Products from both promotions, or a quantity of 2 Free Products from one of the promotions.
Why do I see an additional handling fee after adding a Free Product to my shopping bag?
For each Free Product you claim, you are required to pay a product handling fee of US$ 2.50. This handling fee will cover the necessary costs for ABW to offer these Free Products to customers.
How do I register to be an AsianBeautyWholesale member?
To become an AsianBeautyWholesale member and access our wholesale pricing, you must operate a store either online or in a physical retail location. If you are still in the planning stages of opening a business, you must state that in your membership application. Please fill out the application form and submit it. Afterwards, you’ll receive an email from us with a verification link that will expire within 30 minutes. Make sure to verify your application right away to ensure that your membership is processed quickly. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam, bulk mail or similar email folders.
Am I required to purchase a minimum quantity or dollar amount when placing an order?
Unlike most beauty wholesale companies, which require the buyer to purchase large quantities or a significant dollar amount, AsianBeautyWholesale has a minimum purchase amount of only US$250 (excluding shipping) per order. Most of our products can be purchased without a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), though some selected items have a MOQ dictated by the suppliers or brands. If you have any questions about MOQ, you can contact us thru CHAT or EMAIL on our website.
If I don't have a PayPal account, can I still buy from AsianBeautyWholesale?
Yes, PayPal Checkout allows a user to pay with their credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account.

Can I use my YesAsia or YesStyle account at AsianBeautyWholesale?
No, you need to register for a new membership at AsianBeautyWholesale. However, you can use the same email address that you used to register at YesAsia or YesStyle to register at AsianBeautyWholesale.
If I purchase a large quantity of a specific item, can I get an extra discount?
We offer volume discounts to AsianBeautyWholesale members. When you purchase given quantities of a product, you are eligible for lower prices. Products on our website feature three prices and the corresponding quantities you need to purchase to receive each price.

Please note that we may not be able to provide a volume discount for some brands or products.
Can I pick up my order, or employ a forwarder in Hong Kong to collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes, this can be arranged. You can leave the comment “This order is for pick up” in the “Your Comment” box during the Order Confirmation step of the checkout process. Alternatively, you can contact us for more information about this arrangement.
Can you ship orders to my warehouse?
Yes, we can ship to designated warehouses (e.g., Amazon warehouses, FBA fulfillment centers, or similar).
Can I use my own shipping labels so my orders will be shipped directly to my warehouse?
Yes, you can. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will inform you of the dimensions and weight of your shipment so you can create your own shipping label and send it to us. We will use the address on your provided shipping label as the shipping address of your order.
Can you help attach my inventory labels (such as FNSKU) on individual products that I purchase?
We can, but such services will incur an additional fee of US$ 0.45 (originally US$ 0.55) per piece (the price for this service may change without prior notice). If you wish to use this service, you can add it to your shopping bag during the checkout process, and the service fee will be calculated and added to your order total. If you choose to apply this service to a bulk box purchase, we will attach the individual label according to the piece quantity in the bulk box and a US$ 0.45 per piece service charge will be charged. Please note that once you place an order requesting our product label service, you will be unable to cancel the service from your order. Please contact us if you have further questions or wish to discuss this additional service.
If I request your product label service with my order, what should I expect for the order fulfillment time?
Requesting our product label service will add an additional 5-7 days to your order fulfillment time regardless of product availability. So even if you order only in-stock and ready to ship items, we will still need an extra 5-7 days to fulfill your order
Can I search for a product by its UPC?
Yes, you can search for a product by its UPC. However, since this information is provided by our suppliers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data. If you are uncertain about the search results, please continue to search using the product title.
I saw a beauty product featured at YesStyle, but I can't find it at AsianBeautyWholesale. Can I still purchase that product from you at wholesale prices?
In some cases, you will not be able to purchase items from AsianBeautyWholesale that are featured at YesStyle. When determining which products to feature at AsianBeautyWholesale, we have taken into consideration such factors as quality, cost and availability. We believe that the products we've selected for AsianBeautyWholesale ultimately offer the very best value and wholesale pricing to our customers.
Am I allowed to use images and content from the AsianBeautyWholesale website for my online store?
AsianBeautyWholesale is not currently in a position to grant usage rights to images and content featured on our website. Are your products CPNP/SCPN-notified?
Some of our brands have claimed their products have been notified on CPNP or SCPN. If the specific product has been CPNP/SCPN-notified according to the brand, you will see a CPNP or SCPN icon on the product page.
Do you have a list of all the products on your website that are CPNP/SCPN-notified?
Currently, we don’t have a list of CPNP/SCPN-notified products, but you can easily find products that brands claim are CPNP/SCPN-notified by filtering using the “Featured” menu on the side of the page.
If the products that I bought from your website are CPNP/SCPN-notified, is it guaranteed that I will not encounter any customs issues, or that I won’t pay any customs tax?
Buying products that are claimed to be CPNP/SCPN-notified does not guarantee that you will not encounter issues with customs or other related parties. As the importer, you are responsible for customs clearance processing of your order. It's recommended that you check with your local customs office regarding importation from overseas territories. Some customs authorities may require that recipients present an import license or other related documentation when releasing shipments for delivery.
Can I request a proforma invoice?

  • It is an ABW customer’s responsibility to confirm the eligibility of products intended for sale on Amazon websites before they place orders for those products from ABW. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, requests for refund or cancellation will not be accepted after orders are placed.
  • Certain brands and products are not allowed to be sold or resold on Amazon websites.
  • Some brands and products cannot be sold or resold below certain prices due to price restriction (MAP/MSRP) requirements.
  • Selling restrictions on Amazon websites are noted on the ABW website’s product pages under "IMPORTANT SHOPPING NOTES." Please follow these notes when planning your purchases.
  • ABW customers will be asked to acknowledge and agree with any terms and conditions, including restrictions related to pricing and Amazon sale, during the checkout process. Please ensure that you understand and comply with these restrictions before confirming your ABW purchase.
