It's very watery, but it soothes and strengthens with no tacky finish. I put it on their unbleached facial cotton for a soothing toner pack when my skin is extra cranky. I have loved every Heveblue product I have tried and will repurchase again and again.

Perfect as a makeup prep but goes great in my evening routine as well. I can pair it with any other active ingredient like retinal and it keeps my skin healthy without any irritation. Would 100% recommend it, especially for dehydrated but slightly oily skin types (balances everything]
