So yes it is true to it's claims.
Unfortunately for someone like me you cannot use it over skincare. It does pill.
And the same with makeup afterwards.
So for me it is only useful if you do not use anything underneath- just apply after washing.
Since I cannot and I do not want to do without my skincare in the morning, I will not repurchase it. -
