What is the procedure for paying by Bank Transfer?

1. To pay for an order by Bank Transfer, you should first obtain our bank account details. You can contact us directly to get our account details, or you can refer to the order confirmation email sent to your registered email address after placing the order. Please pay for the order by completing the bank transfer and obtain a payment receipt.
   
   
2. Email us your payment receipt with your name and order number included. Once we have successfully received your payment receipt, we will verify it with our bank and process your order on the next business day.


3. Please note that we accept Bank Transfer payment in the currencies listed here .


4. You must pay the Bank Transfer request charge in advance and are responsible for all applicable telex charges.


5. Please make sure that the amount credited to our account is the full order total and does not include any deductions for bank fees.


6. Please note that the verification process can take up to 2 business days. We accept the below bank payment receipts. Please make sure that our bank account number is clearly indicated on the payment receipt you submit.

• Printouts of internet bank transfer receipts, or
• Over-the-counter deposit slips

What currencies do you accept when I pay using Bank Transfer?

What happens if a Bank Transfer transaction entails a service charge or handling fee?

AsianBeautyWholesale will not be responsible for any handling fees or service charges that may arise. You must pay the bank charge in advance and are responsible for all applicable telex charges. Please make sure that the amount credited to our account is the full order total and does not include any deductions for bank fees.

Why is "Verifying" still showing after I have made a Bank Transfer?

Upon receiving a payment receipt, further verification is required. Please note that this verification process can take up to 2 business days. We will approve your order as soon as payment confirmation is received from the bank.

How will a refund of a Bank Transfer payment be handled?

Refunds are issued in the form of ABW Credit. ABW Credit can be applied to pay for future purchases at AsianBeautyWholesale.

If I'm adding new items to my order and I need to pay an additional amount, how will that be handled?

Please arrange another Bank Transfer payment following the procedure outlined in "What is the procedure for paying by Bank Transfer?" Customers should ensure that their order is complete before arranging the initial payment. Doing so will help to avoid additional payment processing and shipment delays.
