Lela EdenLovely Texture!March 11, 2026I've been trying to find more affordable replacements for my Laneige Water Gel and this has been an excellent find!
Laneige has a very strong smell (pleasent but strong), and this moisturizer has no discernable odor at all! Which is a huge win for me.
The texture is lovely. A nice light gel with good slip, a little goes a long way. I'd say a rounded dime-size blob is plenty for early spring.
And it doesn't dry down tacky! My skin feels moisturized and smooth and bouncey for most of the day. My rosacea means I have to reapply a teeny bit on high cheeks partway through the day but it's definitely been less and less since I started using this moisturizer.
I've had very few rosacea flare-ups since I started it, too. Still some redness, but no pustules! (I'm starting the Haru Haru PDRN to address that issue, review pending!)
And luckily my t-zone has not been getting as oily during the day, so this may be the perfect balanced moisturizer for people with rosacea complications. -

It feels refreshing and hydrating without being heavy or sticky. It works well for combination or oily skin and is great for daytime use under sunscreen. Meryrefreshing productMarch 10, 2026I’ve been using the Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Gel Moisturizer for a while now and I really like it. It has a light gel texture that absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all.
It keeps my skin hydrated and soft all day, especially in areas that usually get dry. My acne‑prone skin hasn’t broken out from it, which is awesome. It’s gentle but still really moisturizing, and it makes my skin feel smooth and refreshed. Definitely one of my favorites! -
