I love taking these to work and using as salad dressing (that way the container doesn’t leak) + you get the healthy fats from the olive oil to keep your skin nice and moisturised from the inside as well. Taste is quite neutral and mildly bitter. Individual scatchets are easy to open without spilling. I also appreciate the tiny hole it makes, so you can easily dose it if you don’t want to use the whole pack.

I brought two of them to an Italien restauration and my friend thought I was crazy, but I did not bring enough for the two of us. I love it, but not sure about the beauty benefits. I will be buying more, it is great if you love a good olive oil
