aparna.dxb2...Good toner!September 18, 2024This is basically water, but with cloudy color and slightly more viscosity. It was stickier than I expected honestly, and is hydrating enough for non-dry skin people. Incase you require more hydration, you can layer it several times, which is what I did. If you are okay with the stickiness / layer other products on top, this is an amazing product and extremely cheap as well for the quantity you get. It is simple, no nonsense product that does its job well. I cannot think that anyone could have any issue from using this product !
