Mariaworks but slowlyJuly 15, 2024i have a lot of red acne scars on my cheeks from previous pimples and i read that azelaic acid can help minimize it. ive used it for about 3 weeks now and it has somewhat lessened the redness. its very runny and takes a bit to fully absorb so i just rub it in until it fully dries down and no longer looks oily.
