This is a strong percentage of Azelaic Acid, so please use it with caution. this cream applies nicely to the face, but because of the 20% concentration of the main ingredient, it does not sink into the skin very elegantly. Because of that, I use it at night time and have noticed great results with my acne, redness, and hyperpigmentation. I would recommend this product to anyone who has tried Azelaic Acid before and finds that it works well with their skin’s needs.

I love the product! I was looking for a cream with a 20% concentration, and this one is perfect — it doesn’t dry out my skin like others do. Too bad it’s no longer available.

este ácido azelaico ha cambiado mi piel totalmente disminuyendo muchísimo eritema post inflamatorio después del acné de mi rostro, tiene una textura agradable que se puede utilizar de día y noche aunque en las instrucciones solamente es recomendado un par de noches a la semana yo no noté nada de molestia al utilizarlo de día, aunque cuando tenía un poco sensible la zona de la nariz notaba un poco de picor que se iba enseguida después de aplicarlo, trae 50 ML y se necesita muy poca cantidad espero vuelvan a resurtirlo y lo recomiendo al 100% si lo que quieres es disminuir el enrojecimiento de la piel como el eritema o la rosácea además de controlar el acné

va muy bien para brotes de rosácea leves suelo echármelo cuando los tengo después de los medicamentos que me prescribe el dermatólogo. a veces deja un residuo blanquecino pero no es molesto. Solo lo he usado u unas pocas veces pero es un buen ácido azelaico aunque no tengo clara la dosis creo que me calma mas la piel que otros serum con el 10%, asi que imagino que será superior

getting results from this like I do from my 15% Rx cream. I think this works better than their serum. Will buy religiously since the price is so good

it feels nice upon application but you should limit it to night use only because it leaves a very stark white cast. i got it for my sister because she’s been having these bad break outs. will update on if it helps with her acne

so my sister’s been using this for about a month now and she said this really helped with her acne. she has way less breakouts now and her skin seems to be truly healing. she started using it at night alone, about three times a week (due to the high concentration) but gradually increased usage to twice a day (every day) and it’s been really helpful. the white cast it leaves goes away if you use a good moisturiser after. she pairs it with the i’m from mugwort essence so if you want an essence/toner that calms your skin before using the azelaic acid, that’s a good option too

Purchased initially for my daughter’s acne but kept and used myself for an irritated skin “emergency”.

This high strength Azelaic cream is very effective at calming and soothing irritated skin. It does feel a little gritty - as is common for Azelaic products - and overnight dries down to a powdery consistency. But, it is fabulous for taking out redness, soreness and making your skin feel and look a lot better.

I liked this product so much that I stocked up for future skin issues.
