What is ABW Store Credit?

ABW Store Credit (or ABW Credit) is store credit that can be used as ""money"" on our site and can be applied to any future order. Effective July 1, 2021 at 00:00:00 GMT, all ABW Credit will expire 2 years after it has been granted to your account.

If you have ABW Credit available, our system will prompt you to use it during the checkout process.

Please note that YesAsia Credit and YesStyle Credit cannot be used on AsianBeautyWholesale purchases, and vice versa. For details regarding YesAsia Credit and YesStyle Credit, please refer to YesAsia.com's and YesStyle.com's Customer Service sections.

How do I view my ABW Store Credit record?

You can check your ABW Store Credit record in the ""ABW Credit"" section of ""My Account."" On mobile devices, you can find your ABW Store Credit record under the hamburger menu icon located to the left of the title bar after you sign in to the ""My Account"" section.

You can view your updated ABW Credit balance and the last 10 transaction records in this section. The remarks in each transaction clearly indicate which orders your credit has been applied to. ABW Credit is valid for 2 years after it is granted to your account and there are no restrictions on using it to purchase items. Feel free to apply ABW Credit to future orders at AsianBeautyWholesale.

How do I get AsianBeautyWholesale Coupons?

Coupons are issued to customers in special circumstances. Redeeming your coupons at AsianBeautyWholesale is very easy. Simply input the coupon code in the "Coupon" field during the checkout process and our system will automatically deduct the coupon amount from your order total. Coupons do have expiration dates and conditions, and expired coupons will not be extended for any reason. Please note that YesAsia and YesStyle coupons cannot be used on AsianBeautyWholesale purchases, and vice versa. How do I view my Coupons record?

You can view all unused coupons under your account in this section. Please take advantage of all coupons before their expiration date, as expired coupons will not be extended. To redeem your coupon, simply copy down your coupon code and input the code into the "Coupon" field during checkout. Our system will automatically deduct the coupon amount from your order. Please note that coupons can only be used once, and only one coupon can be used per order.

I am placing an order and wish to pay using store credit. Why am I required to input credit card information even though I have enough store credit to cover my purchase?

The additional payment method is kept on file as a backup in case adjustments or amendments are made to the order total. Examples of this include: if the customer requests to change shipping methods or requests other special handling that may add to the original order total.

I am paying for an order with store credit and am being asked to provide credit card information as a backup payment method. If I have enough store credit to cover my purchase, will my credit card still be billed during this transaction?

If you have enough store credit to cover your order total, your credit card will not be billed.

I am paying for my order with store credit, and have just enough to cover my order. However, I wish to add more items to my order. What should I do?

When paying for an order with store credit, you are required to provide an additional payment method. You may add items to your order if that additional payment method is a non-credit card method like PayPal or Bank Transfer. Please contact our Customer Service team if you wish to add more items to your order.

If your additional payment method is credit card, you cannot add extra items to your order. Please place a separate order if you wish to purchase additional items.

I placed an order using store credit, and used enough store credit to cover my order. I was asked to provide my credit card information as an additional payment method, but then found my credit card billed for an additional US$ 2 (or equivalent amount in other currencies). Why did that happen?

The US$ 2 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) that you refer to represents an authorization or "pending" amount and is required by our third-party payment gateway to process your order. This authorization is not an actual transaction and will not be billed to your credit card. It should be removed from your credit card statement within several business days, depending on your credit card issuing bank's policies and procedures.

AsianBeautyWholesale's General Terms and Conditions for Coupons

1. To redeem your coupon, please enter the Coupon Code into the 'Coupon Code' field at the checkout page.
2. Coupons are not transferable. Please use the coupon before its expiration date. You will not be notified when coupons expire.
3. You can only use one coupon per order. A coupon cannot be combined with another coupon for application to the same order.
4. If you order a product and apply a percentage discount coupon, and for any reason you receive a refund for the product, the refund will reflect the original product price minus the discount percentage. You will not receive a refund of the original product price.
5. The coupon is applicable towards product prices only, and cannot be applied to shipping or reshipping charges.
6. AsianBeautyWholesale reserves the right to change all terms and conditions and to withdraw this offer without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, AsianBeautyWholesale’s decision is final.
