niki.winchester...Best suncream for rednessApril 10, 2026Lightweight and non-greasy, this suncream has great protection and also hugely reduces my redness.
I have combination skin (dry on the cheeks and forehead but oily around my nose and chin) and this is quite a moisturising formula that is a great base under makeup or can be worn alone. Even my dad noticed a difference just wearing the suncream!
10/10 product, so glad YesStyle stocks it. -

Clairewould not repurchaseJuly 17, 2026I’m brand new to tone up creams and didn’t get the memo on perhaps the most important aspect: use very light layers when applying.
Since this is a sunscreen I used the two finger rule when applying the first time. Turns out that was WAY too much. It would not fully rub in and looked like extreme white cast. It also has retinal in it, so that much of the product made my skin burn for a couple of hours.
I tried it again with a more appropriate amount and it didn’t cover up all of my redness. It helped maybe 25%. At least it didn’t burn that time.
Due to the fact that I would have to use another sunscreen for sun protection, the reduction of redness being low, and having retinal in sunscreen I give this product 3 stars.
P.S. retinoids should only be used at night! Using them during the day without proper sun protection can cause your skin to burn easier! -
