This deep cleansing oil is a powerhouse. It easily removes waterproof mascara and a full day's worth of layered sunscreen, leaving my face feeling incredibly clean. It is a bit too harsh for my extremely sensitive skin to use every single day, so I plan on switching to their other version next time. If you don't have super sensitive skin, you'll love it!

Best oil cleanser ever. I have been buying this for over 4 years and not switched because it really gets all my makeup and gunk off my face. It also works for the judydoll waterproof mascara that is soo hard to get off. This is my third bottle. 100% recommend.

This is a great cleansing oil. I use it daily before washing my face with a cleanser - and mind you, I only wear makeup a few times a month. I've noticed my face hasn't been breaking out like it usually does when the temperature rises so intensely. I'm already on my second bottle.

I’ve been using the Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil for quite a while now, and it became one of those products I reach for automatically every evening. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the texture feels compared to other cleansing oils I’ve tried before. It spreads really easily across the skin, so I only need one or two pumps for my whole face. Even though it feels light, it breaks down makeup very quickly, especially sunscreen, cushion foundation, and waterproof mascara.
What I appreciate most is how gentle it feels around the eyes. A lot of cleansing oils either sting or leave my vision blurry afterward, but this one feels much more comfortable. I usually massage it into dry skin for a minute, and I can literally feel the makeup melting away without needing to rub aggressively. Once I add water, it emulsifies into a milky texture and rinses off cleanly.
After cleansing, my skin feels soft and balanced instead of stripped. That is probably why I kept using it consistently because it cleans thoroughly without making my skin feel tight afterward. I also noticed my skin looks calmer and less irritated when I use this compared to harsher cleansers.
I think it works especially well for people who wear makeup regularly or use a lot of sunscreen because it removes everything very effectively while still feeling gentle. The only thing is that if I accidentally use too much product, it can take slightly longer to rinse away completely. i am obsessed with this cleansing oil it literally dissolves waterproof mascara and heavy foundation (like estee lauder) in seconds without having to scrub my face. It emulsifies beautifully with water and rinses off completely clean without leaving a greasy film, my skin feels so soft and deeply cleansed, i have acne prone skin so this is an amazing product
