Its texture isn't a concealer, but it has a light tint that gives a healthy glow. It's suitable for fair skin tones, and if the skin is flaky from dryness, it will settle into those flakes, so it should be applied to moisturized skin. Overall, I loved the product, and to be honest, I use it all over my face! 😂 I really liked it.
