I got insomnia because of ADHD and my current meds are keeping me up bit too late for my 6am alarms and got recommended L-theanine. It's not for long-term usage tho! You should Google supplements before using them and if you use meds talk with your doctor/pharmacist or at least search it online.

Admittedly I do think this would be better as a jelly stick than a powder, it is a bit dry and dusty! However the taste is ok and no bad aftertaste.
