cloudberrygood!September 29, 2024These are good tablets. They won't make you lose a lot of weight on its own of course, you always need to have a good diet and exercise along with any kind of pill like this, but I think it does help. I have bought this twice, and am on my second pack.
I think this gives other health benefits other than helping with weight, as it has nutrients from a lot of vegetables in it. I do not notice any effects from the green coffee (?) in it, and I'm very sensitive to caffeine.
You do have to be consistent in taking these for them to help you. When I was taking them every day, I felt that it did help my digestion and metabolism be much better. It helped me feel a lot less bloated and I think it had some minor help in slimming. During that time I did not go on a strict diet or exercise regularly, so I think this does help a little. -

EveGoodFebruary 16, 2024I like this very much. I feel that it is working for me very good. Not leaving any unpleasent feeling. Just great addition to natural healthy diet for fat reduction and better metabolism. Propably it contains something which I really needed because it realy do great. I like that tabs are very small. There is also additional label in english with ingredients and nutrition information which is very usefull.
