I think it depends on what kind of milk you mix it with. It doesn't taste as good as the corn frost cereal obviously but it has the texture and bites that reminds you of corn flake cereal. Guilt-free/responsible version of corn frost. Crazy how they come up with these flavours! I'd get this flavour again as well
