it's very thick and rich in texture, super hydrating but didn't cause any closed comedons or millia, I've been using it day and night and it fells so good, also the scent is very calming as it smells like ginseng.
for dark circles though, it's too early to tell so I'll have to update this review after I've tried the cream for a long time but so far so good. -
