To download an invoice, go to My Account > Invoice Management. You can customize the “Sold To” section of your invoices with specific business-related information by filling out the fields on the page and hitting the “Save” button. All custom information will appear on your invoices.
A list of your orders can be found in the “Invoice Management” section. Click the “Download” icon in the “Generate Invoice” column next to the order number that you wish to receive an invoice for. Afterwards, you’ll receive an email from us with a download link. The link will expire within 1 hour, so be sure to download your invoice quickly. Yes, you can change the address on your invoice so that it is different from the one you used when placing your order. Simply input your desired address into the fields in My Account > Invoice Management. The new address will be shown in the “Sold To” section of your invoice. The shipping address on your invoice cannot be changed and will remain the same as the one provided when you placed your order.
