Can I obtain an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can download an invoice for your order by visiting My Account > Invoice Management.
How do I download an invoice for my order?
To download an invoice, go to My Account > Invoice Management. You can customize the “Sold To” section of your invoices with specific business-related information by filling out the fields on the page and hitting the “Save” button. All custom information will appear on your invoices.

A list of your orders can be found in the “Invoice Management” section. Click the “Download” icon in the “Generate Invoice” column next to the order number that you wish to receive an invoice for. Afterwards, you’ll receive an email from us with a download link. The link will expire within 1 hour, so be sure to download your invoice quickly. If you don’t receive an email from us, please check your spam, bulk mail or similar email folders.
Can I customize my invoices to include a different address than the one I provided when placing the order?
Yes, you can change the address on your invoice so that it is different from the one you used when placing your order. Simply input your desired address into the fields in My Account > Invoice Management. The new address will be shown in the “Sold To” section of your invoice. The shipping address on your invoice cannot be changed and will remain the same as the one provided when you placed your order.
I didn’t receive an invoice after I submitted a request. What should I do?
We will send a download link for your invoice to the email address you have registered with us. The link will expire within 1 hour, so please make sure to download it quickly. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam, bulk mail or similar email folders.
Can the invoice that I downloaded be used as payment proof?
No, the invoice is simply a record of the order you placed on our website. It does not necessarily mean the order is paid for or that it is being processed. Please contact one of our account executives if you require proof of payment.
