I usually use it over a normal black or brown mascara and applying it only to the tips of the eyelashes: the glitter is so bright that my whole eyes shine! for the evenings I like to put it on all my eyelashes and if I want an even more impressive look I also put it on my eyebrows! When I do it everyone compliments me and asks me where I bought it! So it's a purchase that I definitely recommend to those who don't want to go unnoticed!
