I really really didn't like the taste, for me it was really bad taste but the good thing is that it doesn't stay in your mouth for so long. It's a supplement so I wasn't expecting a good taste, therefore we're good on that. Maybe it's plasibo effect but It really helps with stress, overwhelm, and calming cravings. I'll give it some day to try it and see how it work for my skin and energy.
