I like a lot pills like this- capsules, because is more easy to digest.

a mi no me han funcionado tan bien como a mi mamá que a ella le encantan y le ha ayudado mucho para no perder la visón y lo único que sí he notado en mi caso es que el ojo ya no lo tengo tan rojo por el uso del ordenador y pantalla.
