I use them after the excercising or when I don’t have time to take a shower, but need a quick refreshment (I of course don’t use them as a replacement for the shower) The cooling feeling lasts for a while. Overall, these wipes are convenient, refreshing, and a great little pick-me-up when you need to cool down.
