I do farmers markets in the summer and these cooling sheets were a life saver during the days that it felt like I was in a sauna. kept it wrapped around my neck under my shirt and felt like I could actually breathe! they also last a while (lasted about an hour?) and when the sheet runs out the cooling sensation lasts on your skin for a while after, honestly life saver!

Wir haben diese Tücher in Japan gekauft als wir dort im Sommer Urlaub gemacht haben, ich kann nicht schwitzen und überhitze deswegen oft. Diede Tücher haben mich schon vor dem ein oder anderen Zusammenvruxh bewahrt. sie kühlen super den Körper runter und sind recht lange kalt, einfach um den Hals gelegt und man akklimatisiert recht flott. mittlerweile immer mindestens ein Tuch in der Handtasche. Absloutes muss in jedem Sommer

Lo descubrí en japon y me salvó del calor!!!, me encanta haberla encontrado por aquí para recibir en mi casa!! El producto en sí, nada más ponerlo al cuello ya notas el efecto!! desprende un olor, para mi gusto agradable, a mi me duró al rededor de dos horas y al ser tipo una toalla también la puedes usar para secarte el sudor, se la di a probar a un familiar y quedó fascinado. En contexto la usamos durante un voluntariado en el rio donde estuvimos casi toda la mañana al sol con una temperatura de 25 grados centigrados

I used it just to test how long the cooling effect was and I was very satisfied with the result. it is very cooling so I suggest not keeping it in one place when you first use it. Also the smell is very intense smell so I suggest not using it on your face.
