DMust-have for migraineAugust 9, 2026I tried this for the first time in 2019.. I bought them while on vacation out of desperation and I've always gone back to them ever since! They're not a cure all but they're super helpful when all else fails and I just want to sleep during a migraine. Also amazing for dry tired eyes after excessive screen use or during the dry winter months. The only con is that they're single use and can get expensive if used often, so I save these for migraine attacks only.

The heat lasts for about 20 minutes, but I fall asleep with it on, so I don't take it off all night. So far, I've tried various scents, and I like all of them. Another thing I like is that the mask is very soft.
