In the morning it’s best if you wash your feet because all the gunk comes out. I slept really hard when I used this and I have insomnia. Recommend. My mom also loves it

Steven0613Do the workJuly 31, 2025I was a bit skeptical I've to admit it, some times ago I tried a different patch, it worked well, but this is the first time I bought a good amount of them (i got the grapefruit 30 pack). I tried the first one last night and it worked ** this morning the patch was grey as expected. The only thing is the glue is not really strong, so you've to find a way to set it down firmly.

Après une longue journée à marcher ou si les jambes sont douloureuses, ces patchs font un bien fou. Faciles à mettre. Il faut cependant les retirer dans la douche pour ne pas mettre de la colle partout au sol.
