Loved it. You get two separate bundles of things and you have to stick them together the right way before you stick them on your feet. In the morning it’s best if you wash your feet because all the gunk comes out. I slept really hard when I used this and I have insomnia. Recommend. My mom also loves it

Something that feels like it’s helps. I don’t recommend wearing it over night if you have some wear early to be in the morning. It does get sticky after put left on for more than a couple hours.

I was a bit skeptical I've to admit it, some times ago I tried a different patch, it worked well, but this is the first time I bought a good amount of them (i got the grapefruit 30 pack). I tried the first one last night and it worked ** this morning the patch was grey as expected. The only thing is the glue is not really strong, so you've to find a way to set it down firmly.

Bardzo lubię te plastry. Nie wiem jak działają na cały organizm, ale po nocnym zastosowaniu nogi są świeże i wypoczęte. Trzeba jedynie uważać by dobrze przykleić plastry a rano dokładnie zmyć klej. Zamówiłam kolejne opakowania.
