i finally remembered to use this last night, and it was a very pleasant experience (my hair type is dry and thick). i've never had a shampoo lather this much before, almost like a bubble bath, it was very fun and relaxing. the scent is great too— fruity but not overly sweet, i liked it. the shampoo was not stripping at all, if anything, my hair felt silky smooth after use. i do believe it gives a fluffy bouncy effect as the name suggests, and some pretty nice volume. the conditioner, however, is definitely more suited for people with thin, flat hair that easily gets weighed down. i have short hair, and still i felt like the conditioner was not enough to cover all of it and provide moisture. i also noticed that my hair felt somewhat stiff..? it was a weird sensation, but my guess is that it's just not the right product for me, which is still fine. i'm glad i got the sample first, might purchase the shampoo from this line.

love that its available in a trial size so i love to take it onto vacations. makes my hair very soft and smooth!

In the beginning I was sceptical, but oh my god!

That shampoo made my hair bouncy! I thought it would be one-time effect, but even with the second wash, my hair is glowing!

Of course, it cannot fix everything that is damaged, but it worked well on my scalp and my hair feels softer on touch!

Next time I'm ordering the full size!

I got the ample size to try this shampoo and conditioner. love how my hairs feel and definitely add some volume to the hair. I may buy a full size when it’s on a sale

I have a really sensitive scalp and usually most of shampoo do not clean my hair enough. But this one is unexpectedly good. Not the best one, but good. It takes a looooot of foam and conditioner is smooth my hair super fast. Really comfortable while traveling.

for my Asian hair, this shampoo is a perfect one! it makes my hair super silky, smooth and soft. even tough I did'nt use a leave in, it's still soft! would buy it again or a big bottle. easy to foam!

Hair feels fresh and soft after washing. After blow drying, hair is fluffy. Will buy the full size next time.
