For me, it wasn’t an issue since I already use Laneige Cream Skin products and had some on hand to soak them myself.

I assumed that this would be similar to other toner style pads and include the cream skin cerapeptide toner on the pads. However, once I received the package, it was just dry pads. I feel like these were not good value for money and are my second Laneige product fail.
