There has been a real deficit in burgundy/reddish mascaras in the past few years which is so sad bc I remember it being such a trend just a lil while back.
ive mostly been using L’Oréal voluminous in burgundy, and even though it gives me great colour, length, and volume, it’s water soluble so by the end of the day I’d have red smudging around my eyes :(
this lilybyred mascara was a GODSEND and fixed my greatest problem with the L’Oréal mascara. Rosy brown has been the perfect rosy mascara shade for me, and I love to layer it with mocha brown or ginger brown depending on how natural or bold I want to lean (I also often use mocha brown on its own and ginger on the lower lashes!)
It really does stay all day, and even though it’s a bit hard to get off at the end of the night it is so worth it. I get so many compliments when I wear rosy brown and I feel like I have to stock a lifetime supply for myself LOL

i like it, but i do find the brushes to be a bit big for mij liking. the formula is great!

this is so good! makes your lashes thick and long and makes your eyes pop!

I honestly love this mascara it really holds my lashes for the whole day!! the shade is basically black but I love it.

i saw some girl on TikTok using brown mascara to make her brown eyes pop! it works i love this trick so much and the mascara itself is so good

the formula is great and it keeps my lashes lifted the whole day, but I wish it added more volume to my lashes. I got the shade Choco Brown and I was so excited to try it out cuz of the brown mascara hype that’s been circulating lately but unfortunately it didn’t suit me. my complexion is a medium tan and so it was a bit too light for me. I might give this another go in the black shade but for now I’ll be keeping this on the side.

the color is gorgeous but is hard to get off, it for sure isn’t going anywhere throughout the day, but pls only remove with make up removers

My title describes exactly the situation with this mascara, cause there are pros but some very serious cons, as well! I'll start with the pros. This is a waterproof mascara that dries out quickly and as promised doesn't go anywhere all day long, and I mean it! Doesn't smudge, and gives an elongated and volumizing look on my lashes. The colour #01 Choco Brown is a perfect and very flattering dark cold brown not a reddish one. So far so good..unfortunately all these pros are overshaddowed by the following: The brush is so stiff and harsh on the skin that when it touches the root of my lashes I feel as if it is a razor blade so I'm very carefull, cause it is almost painfull. My friend with sensitive eyes struggled to get the product off her lashes, while I didn't face any trouble and we used the same BOJ Balm and cleansing oil. So I kinda liked it because it gives a good volumizing steady look for many hours but..

le mascara fait un Bonne effet mais attention au double cleansing ( purito oil cleansing puis balm nettoyant BOJ ….il en reste sur les cils!!!choc!!! je suis obligue a dormir avec le reste de mascara sur les cils qui ne part pas!!! je suis decue!!! c ‘est choquant…
