CandyMust purchaseFebruary 21, 2026If you buy the vibrating brush, it does not come with the hair oil cartridge to make use of the steam function. I am not a huge fan of the fragrance of the hair oil but it does not leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down so I'm okay with it.
