Truly waterproof unless you smudge it with your fingers over and over (like at at wedding with tears streaming down....it not for that kind of waterproof), but for the most part, it's good to stay put all day once you apply it in the morning.CAN'T RUN OUTDecember 10, 2025This is must have eyeliner. Super easy to use, and the color payoff is the best. Once on, it's truly waterproof and will stay put until you decide to erase it. Available colors provide different choices, but I prefer the brown shades.
