Nicht schmerzhaft - aber man spürt es und das zeigt, dass das Gerät Power hat. Ich verwende es mit dem Gel von derselben Marke. Werde es weiter anwenden und hoffe, bald Ergebnisse zu sehen :) Der andere Modus für den Körper ist auch super. Lockert verspannte Muskeln am Nacken!
