The MQNY The Big Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner is one of the best affordable gel liners I’ve tried. The formula is very creamy and glides on smoothly without pulling on the eyelids. It has great pigmentation, so one swipe is enough to get rich, even color.
I also like how easy it is to blend right after application if I want a softer look. Once it sets, it stays in place for hours without smudging or fading, even on long days. It works well on both the lash line and the waterline, making it very versatile.
For the price, the quality is excellent and comparable to much more expensive gel liners. It’s easy to use, long-lasting, and performs exactly as I expected. I would definitely repurchase it and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable waterproof eyeliner. -
