This is my first lip plumper. I was worried it would sting, but it didn't: after application, you feel a noticeable but not overly strong cooling sensation, like menthol. So, you could call it a mild plumper. Also, the application brush is unusual for me—a silicone spatula—but you get used to it quickly. The plumper's color matches neutral and cool red tones ❤️ -
