Mandelic acid is one of the gentler exfoliating acids, so it’s great if stronger acids usually irritate your skin. This one has a watery, lightweight texture and feels very mild going on, no stinging, no burning, just a slight fresh feeling. I’ve been using it a few nights a week, and it’s helped smooth out rough texture and little bumps without making my skin feel stripped. It’s much gentler than glycolic acid, so if you want exfoliation without the harshness, this is a really nice option.
