T#99August 20, 2026#99 is such an amazing mixer colour for muting down blushes that are too warm or bright for olive skin. I prefer a liquid formula like this over a cream because I personally find the liquid much more malleable. I'd say it has pretty decent pigment that isn't too intense--but I think that is better that way for adjustability.
